CHIMNEY SWEEPING
Your home is your castle, and we respect that. We
follow strict procedures that make the cleaning process
dirt and dust free. A powerful industrial-size vacuum is
used, which captures ash and dust before it enters the
room. In order to protect the carpeting, we use a
protective drop cloth around the work area.
We perform an inspection of the firebox, damper,
smoke chamber and shelf, flue liners, cement crown,
bricks, mortar joints and flashing. Upon completion, we
will provide a report on the safety and condition of the
interior and exterior chimney, flashing, damper, and
fire burning area.
CHIMNEY & DRYER VENT DUCT SERVICE RATES
This fee includes the 21 point inspection
above as
well as the sweeping of the cap, bird screen, flue,
smoke chamber, smoke shelf, damper, throat, and the
appliance (i.e. fireplace). Please be aware that rates
can vary depending on the chimney size, configuration
and the characteristics of your home.
REPEAT CUSTOMER PROGRAM
As a valued customer, you will receive yearly
reminders to have your fireplace cleaned and inspected.
GUTTER CLEANING
Debris in your gutters prevents the proper flow of
water drainage. Protect your home by maintaining your
gutters and keeping them free of dead leaves and other
debris.
